Effect of core- training on anterior shoulder instability on semiprofessional rugby players
Kieslingová, Anna ; Satrapová, Lenka (advisor) ; Vláčilová, Ivana (referee)
Title: Effect of core training on anterior shoulder instability on semiprofessional rugby players. The concept of the problem: With Rugby Union football being a contact-collision sport there is a high risk of injury incidence, especially for the upper extremities. The anterior shoulder dislocation carries the highest incidence and severity and may frequently lead to an anterior shoulder instability and is therefore a risk factor for decreasing sporting performance. Working with anterior shoulder instability on a complex basis, there are many possibilities to influence this problem and on of them is incorporating a "core-training" program into functional training patterns. In sports, the core provides a foundation upon which muscles of the extremties and their coordination rely. Objectives: To evaluate the incidence of anterior shoulder instability on semiprofessional rugby players and, subsequently, to attest the effectivity of the "core-training" exercise program on anterior shoulder instability of these athletes, on explosive power of the upper extremities and the performance of "medvěd"- an examination of the "Integrated Stabilizing System of the Spine" (HSSP) from Kolář. Methods: The theoretical part follows up the given issue as a research and theoretical overview of the current findings based...

Use of core training in floorball
Mašková, Alžběta ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee)
Title: Use of core training in floorball Objectives: Present an overview of research papers regarding core training and its possible use in floorball Tasks: First aim of this thesis is to provide description and explanation of the core training by using available literature, research papers, bachelor or magister thesis and also thesis of the coaching school. Second aim is to analyze the necessary components of floorball player's performance relative to the core training. This is followed by a suggestion of a core training program based on this analysis. Its aim is to improve the lumbopelvic stability, which should lead to improvement of in-game performance of players in the senior category. Finally, it describes the changes in the floorball program during one year long training cycle. Methods: Research and comparison of literature in the field of core training. Results: The result of this thesis is to make an appropriate core training program for adult floorball players with aim to improve the lumbopelvic stability and description of the meaning of the core training. Keywords: Core training, floorball, conditioning, core, lumbopelvic stability
Usage TRX in basketball
Kejha, Pavel ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Velenský, Michael (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the use TRX in basketball. The theoretical part focuses on the creation, development, description, and what it is not TRX. Why is this new and modern way to fit exercise in basketball training. This bachelor thesis acquaints us with basketball in general, with movements that are performed in basketball and the muscles that are involved in these movements. Conclusion The theoretical part contains exercises for each muscle group, their strengthening and stretching that are most involved in basketball and deep stabilization system. In the research section, we used the method of acquiring data through a questionnaire survey, which confirms / not confirmed defined hypotheses. The research results are statistically processed into graphs. Key words: TRX, basketball, summer training, core training
